{"id":648041,"date":"2026-08-20T22:56:13","date_gmt":"2026-08-20T22:56:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/648041\/"},"modified":"2026-08-20T22:56:13","modified_gmt":"2026-08-20T22:56:13","slug":"man-40s-arrested-after-double-armed-robbery-in-bray-the-irish-times","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/648041\/","title":{"rendered":"Man (40s) arrested after double armed robbery in Bray \u2013 The Irish Times"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">A man has been arrested in connection with two armed robberies on businesses in Bray, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/wicklow\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/wicklow\/\">Co Wicklow<\/a> on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/garda-siochana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/garda-siochana\/\">Garda\u00ed<\/a> were alerted after a man entered a business premises on Kilbride Lane shortly after 3pm and a second store on Herbert Road.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">The man, aged in his 40s, produced a weapon, threatened staff and took a number of items from both premises before leaving.
