The music executive, whose roster includes artists like Lil Baby, Quavo, and JT, is currently receiving medical care, representatives for the label shared on social media. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t\u201cWe want to clarify that Pierre \u2018P\u2019 Thomas is alive and currently hospitalized receiving medical care,\u201d the statement says. \u201cWe ask that everyone keep P and his family in their thoughts and prayers and respectfully give them the privacy and space they need during this time. We deeply appreciate everyone\u2019s concern, support, prayers, and loving energy right now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tThe statement comes after conflicting comments across social media suggested Thomas had died. <a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2026\/music\/news\/pierre-p-thomas-quality-control-hospitalized-heart-attack-1236840256\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Variety<\/a> reports the CEO is under care at a hospital in Las Vegas, where he\u2019s being held in the ICU. <\/p>\n<p>\t\tTrending Stories<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tThomas oversees Quality Control alongside Kevin \u201cCoach K\u201d Lee.
