Sax Wealth Advisors, the wealth management arm of Top 100 Firm Sax Advisory Group, has acquired Florida-based wealth management firm Lighthouse Financial.<\/p>\n

The deal, which closed at the end of June, gives Sax Wealth Advisors a second Florida office, and adds $350 million in assets under management.<\/p>\n

Sax Wealth Advisors ranked No. 14 on Accounting Today’s 2026 list of the Top Firms by AUM<\/a>, with $5,715,000,000 in assets under management. The firm has made seven acquisitions this year, adding close to $860 million in AUM, as well as 10 team members.<\/p>\n

As part of the deal, Lighthouse principal and wealth advisor Martin Parlato of Ponte Vedra, Florida, will be joining Sax Wealth Advisors.<\/p>\n

Sax Wealth Advisors plans to continue growing through acquisition in the future. Its parent firm has also been on a bit of an M&A tear since it received a minority investment<\/a>\u00a0from private equity firm Cobepa\u00a0in July of last year.
