\n\tKannada cinema superstar Upendra<\/a> has joined the cast of \u201cZombie Reddy<\/a> Nxt Lvl,\u201d the sequel to the hit \u201cZombie Reddy,\u201d in a powerhouse role, India\u2019s People Media Factory has confirmed. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe announcement, made on star Teja Sajja<\/a>\u2018s birthday, also confirms the film\u2019s cast and creative team.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe adventure zombie action-comedy marks the South Indian cinema debut of \u201cTu Yaa Main\u201d star Shanaya Kapoor<\/a>. Teja Sajja returns as the franchise\u2019s zombie-slaying lead.<\/p>\n

\n\tDirected by Prasanth Varma, \u201cZombie Reddy\u201d was released in 2021, and followed a game developer who must save his village after a scientist\u2019s vaccine experiment unleashes a zombie outbreak. <\/p>\n

\n\tSuparn S. Varma, known for Prime Video\u2019s \u201cThe Family Man\u201d Season 2, Netflix\u2019s \u201cRana Naidu\u201d and film \u201cHaq,\u201d directs the sequel from a story created by Prasanth Varma. Gowra Hari, whose scores powered \u201cHanuMan\u201d and \u201cMirai,\u201d composes the music.<\/p>\n

\n\tHussain Dalal, Prasanth Varma and Suparn S. Varma wrote the screenplay. T.G. Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad produce for People Media Factory. The film will release in seven languages \u2013 Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Nepali and Japanese.<\/p>\n
