We hate to say it, but summer is rapidly coming to an end. While it has been a scorcher, meaning many are looking forward to the cooler temperatures to come, for the rest of us, the thought of leaving the office when it’s already dark outside is pretty daunting. <\/p>\n

Thankfully, there are plenty of things to look forward to as the seasons change, so it’s not all doom and gloom when we say goodbye to summer. Firstly, we’ll see the return of Practical Magic<\/a> in the cinema, and you can almost smell the scent of PSLs in the air. Best of all, the transition from summer to autumn<\/a> gives us an excuse to add a few new items to our wardrobe, and the first thing we’re adding to our basket is this flattering chocolate brown tie-waist dress from Mango.<\/p>\n

Chocolate brown<\/a> is already forecast to be a big colour trend for A\/W26<\/a>, along with the likes of moss green<\/a>. Why? Well, these earthy shades are super versatile when it comes to pairing with other items \u2013 they’re basically a neutral, in our opinion! Beyond that, chocolate brown is more practical than white or cream (read: those soy sauce splashes from your lunchtime sushi box won’t show up), and is more flattering than black, which can sometimes swallow you up.<\/p>\n

Speaking of flattering, the tie-waist detailing on this dress is exactly that. It adds a beautiful cinch to any silhouette, contrasted by the floaty mini-skirt finish. Oh, and did we mention it’s ribbed, too? Textures like this are oh-so stylish for autumn layering, especially if you team this dress with a pair of patterned tights<\/a> and a chunky knit sweater.
