HSI is a company limited by guarantee, meaning it has no individual shareholders.\u00a0 Karen Brosnan, a director of HSI, filed an affidavit on Monday requesting that accountant Joe Walsh be appointed as interim examiner.\u00a0The case was heard in front of Justice Liam Kennedy this afternoon.
