If you\u2019re anything like me, every now and then you instinctively check the time to see if it\u2019s surprise song o\u2019clock. Those\u00a0Eras Tour<\/a>\u00a0live streams<\/a>\u00a0kept me going for two summers long, and thankfully, Taylor Swift isn\u2019t done with her biggest tour just yet. Last week, the Grammy Museum held an exclusive chat with Swift, where she spoke in depth about her songwriting and even brought back the Eras Tour piano to Los Angeles for one last ride (still no LA post, huh<\/a>).<\/p>\n Before she began, Swift explained how she prepared for the acoustic surprise mashup section of the concert, where she would make new combinations of her songs \u2014 mash-ups really took off during the international leg of the tour. \u201cI\u2019d find some sort of through line, whether that was rhythmically or these are all about a similar emotion,\u201d she began. \u201cI prepared one for you today that if I was still on the Eras Tour, I would do this one.\u201d She beautifully blended three songs about memory: \u201cI Knew It, I Knew You<\/a>,\u201d \u201cAugust<\/a>,\u201d and \u201cAll Too Well<\/a>\u201d.
