\n\tMarvel<\/a> launched the \u201cCountdown to Avengers: Doomsday<\/a> Official Podcast,\u201d a new video podcast on Disney+, YouTube and audio platforms, recapping the films in the MCU\u2019s Infinity Saga leading up to the latest movie.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe podcast is hosted by Iman Vellani, the star of Marvel Studios\u2019 Disney+ series \u201cMs. Marvel,\u201d and Frank Alvarez, co-host of comedy podcast \u201cThe Basement Yard.\u201d Together, the pair rewatch and discuss films from the Infinity Saga, working their way up to \u201cAvengers: Doomsday,\u201d which releases in theaters Dec. 18.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn each episode, Vellani and Alvarez revisit one film with a recap and in-depth conversation. The pair talk through specific scenes and give insight into the Avengers\u2019 journey, all while \u201ccelebrating the MCU\u2019s most iconic moments,\u201d per Marvel. The two hosts speculate about the themes, characters and stories that might shape the reunion coming in \u201cDoomsday.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cCountdown to Avengers: Doomsday Official Podcast\u201d covers five films from the Infinity Saga: \u201cThe Avengers\u201d (the subject of the podcast\u2019s Aug. 27 debut episode); \u201cAvengers: Age of Ultron\u201d (Sept. 3); \u201cCaptain America: Civil War\u201d (Sept. 10); \u201cAvengers: Infinity War\u201d (Sept. 17); and \u201cAvengers: Endgame\u201d (Sept. 24). All five films are available to stream on Disney+. The fifth episode of the podcast will coincide with the Sept. 25, 2026, re-release of \u201cAvengers Endgame: Encore\u201d in theaters.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe \u201cCountdown to Avengers: Doomsday Official Podcast\u201d is produced in partnership with Peyton Manning\u2019s Omaha Productions. Vellani and Alvarez join as producers.<\/p>\n

\n\tThis is the logline for \u201cAvengers: Doomsday\u201d: Beloved heroes from three distinct universes will be set on a deadly collision course and face an existential threat unlike anything they\u2019ve ever encountered.<\/p>\n
