\n\tHarry Styles kicked off his historic 30-show run at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night with a new setlist, a first-ever live performance of one of his newest songs and a Dolly Parton tribute \u2014 with plenty of stars, including his fianc\u00e9e, in attendance.<\/p>\n

\n\tNight one of Styles\u2019 residency, which will make up all his U.S. show dates this year for his Together, Together tour, opened with \u201cDance No More,\u201d a track from his latest album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally, released in March<\/a>. The song set the tone for an energetic return to the \u201cWorld\u2019s Most Famous Arena,\u201d with fans screaming and belting out the lyrics as Styles danced across the neon, oval-shaped stage. It also replaced \u201cAre You Listening Yet?\u201d as the opener. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cHow about those Knicks?\u201d Styles said to the crowd, nodding to the New York Knicks winning the 2026 NBA Championship in June for the first time since 1973, as he transformed their home base into Harry\u2019s House. <\/p>\n

\n\tStyles then surprised the audience by playing \u201cCarolina,\u201d a song from his 2017 self-titled debut solo album that he hasn\u2019t performed live in years. The high-energy vibes continued with \u201cAdore You\u201d and \u201cWatermelon Sugar\u201d from 2019\u2019s Fine Line, as well as \u201cAs It Was,\u201d \u201cMusic for a Sushi Restaurant,\u201d \u201cSatellite\u201d and \u201cCinema\u201d from 2022\u2019s Harry\u2019s House. \n\t\u201cThe Waiting Game,\u201d another track from Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally, also received its live performance debut.<\/p>\n

\n\tAt the top of the show, Styles thanked his opening act, Jamie xx, before sharing a story about his history at the venue. The Together, Together tour marks his first U.S. tour in three years, while Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally is his first album in four years. He\u2019s made himself at home at MSG in the past, as reflected with his banner hanging in the rafters when he played 15 shows at the venue back in 2022. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI was told a story when I got here today. I had the great privilege of playing this building for the first time when I was 18 years old,\u201d the Grammy winner said, referencing One Direction\u2019s debut at MSG in 2012. \u201cThere\u2019s a gentleman who was working here then, who shared with me that when I got out of the car that day, I kissed the floor and said, \u2018I\u2019ve made it to Madison Square Garden!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe biggest reaction from the crowd came when \u201cKiwi\u201d played from Styles\u2019 solo debut. From the pit, The Hollywood Reporter saw one concertgoer scream, \u201cOh my God!\u201d before falling to the floor. <\/p>\n

\n\tTHR also spotted plenty of stars in the audience, including Styles\u2019 fianc\u00e9e and The Batman actress Zo\u00eb Kravitz. The couple got engaged in April<\/a> after eight months of dating. Additional stars included CBS Mornings host Gayle King and Charlie\u2019s Angels star and talk show host Drew Barrymore, who were seen standing together, dancing and filming. <\/p>\n

\n\tAs THR previously reported<\/a>, toward the end of the show, Styles also took a moment to honor country music icon Dolly Parton, who died Tuesday after a battle with cancer<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWe\u2019ve got a couple of songs left for you, but first I wanna say a proper thank you to all the musicians over the years who have inspired me,\u201d Styles told the crowd. \u201cDolly, we love you. Thank you so much.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tParton\u2019s 1974 song \u201cI Will Always Love You\u201d then played as audience members held up their phone flashlights. Barrymore and King were also spotted singing along, with Barrymore appearing to get teary-eyed.<\/p>\n

\n\tNight one closed with Styles\u2019 five-minute electropop track \u201cAperture.\u201d The Together, Together tour continues through Halloween, aka \u201cHarryween,\u201d Styles\u2019 holiday dress-up concert.<\/p>\n
