The tally ranks the most popular albums and EPs in America, regardless of language or genre, and is built using sales data, including purchases on CD, cassette, vinyl and digital download, as well as streaming activity on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music and others.<\/p>\n Carpenter fills multiple spots on the roster this frame, and as one collection reaches a special milestone, another comes within a single week of a related landmark, one which it will almost certainly celebrate in a matter of days when Billboard publishes its next rankings.<\/p>\n Sabrina Carpenter\u2019s Short n\u2019 Sweet Reaches Two Years<\/p>\n Short n\u2019 Sweet nearly returns to the top 40 on the Billboard 200<\/a> this week, as it rises one space to No. 42. More importantly, the Grammy-winning album hits 104 weeks on the tally. That\u2019s exactly two years spent as one of the most-consumed releases in the United States.<\/p>\n Short n\u2019 Sweet Is Sabrina Carpenter\u2019s First Two-Year Hit<\/p>\n The 104-week milestone is a first for Carpenter. Short n\u2019 Sweet is her only collection to hold on to the Billboard 200 for triple-digit frames. An earlier success, Emails I Can\u2019t Send, came close, but disappeared after 90 weeks. That album helped cement Carpenter as one to watch in the music industry, but it was Short n\u2019 Sweet that turned her into a household name thanks to singles like \u201cEspresso,\u201d<\/a> \u201cPlease Please Please\u201d<\/a> and \u201cTaste,\u201d among others.<\/p>\n Sabrina Carpenter Is About to Repeat the Milestone<\/p>\n Next time around, Short n\u2019 Sweet will almost certainly reach the same two-year landmark on the Top Streaming Albums chart, the only other Billboard ranking where it currently appears. The project is up to 103 weeks on the streaming-focused roster. Coincidentally, Short n\u2019 Sweet lands in the same position on both tallies this frame, as it sits at No. 42 everywhere.<\/p>\n Man\u2019s Best Friend Is One Week Away From a Year<\/p>\n Man\u2019s Best Friend makes space on the same two rankings as Short n\u2019 Sweet, and Carpenter\u2019s more recent drop is also approaching a special milestone. <\/p>\n The set, which followed Short n\u2019 Sweet by about a year, reaches 51 weeks on both lists. It holds at No. 46 on the Billboard 200 while dipping three spaces to No. 50, last place, on the Top Streaming Albums ranking. In a matter of days, Man\u2019s Best Friend will almost certainly celebrate its first year as a charting success.<\/p>\n Sabrina Carpenter Charts Three Songs<\/p>\n Carpenter has three songs present on the Billboard charts this week, two from Man\u2019s Best Friend and one which is included on Short n\u2019 Sweet. \u201cHouse Tour\u201d can be found on the Billboard Hot 100 as well as the Radio Songs, Pop Airplay and Adult Pop Airplay charts, though it declines on all four of them. <\/p>\n \u201cManchild,\u201d the lead single from Man\u2019s Best Friend, slips on both the Billboard Global 200 and the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. Meanwhile, \u201cEspresso\u201d moves in the opposite direction on the former, where it improves by a single spot \u2013 while also backtracking slightly on the roster that excludes all American consumption.<\/p>\n
