When I confronted him, he said others were doing the same, and if he\u2019s sacked, he\u2019ll take my company to court. I really could do without any negative publicity, so would a strong warning suffice, or do I need to make an example of him?<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom0 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">A It&#8217;s hardly reassuring to discover that a senior person \u2013 someone expected to set the tone for the team \u2013 logs in and then leaves early to do a bit of moonlighting.
