3D Artist ViscousRealm shared a work that is a remarkable example of motion design crafted in Blender.<\/p>\n
The clip opens with a work-in-progress shot of the Blender viewport, showing the intricate motion path laid out for the blocks, and then moves to the final version, playing with the social media interface.<\/p>\n
According to ViscousRealm, the curves aren’t planned out in advance but built one at a time in a free-flowing process. Each object then gets animated along its curve with just two keyframes, from point A to point B, so ten curves mean twenty keyframes total. The artist shares that it was a repetitive and tedious process, done without any plugins.<\/p>\n
