The temporary quartet has been navigating the rocky road of its lineup, and the Destiny\u2019s Child star has some words of encouragement to the rising global pop act \u2014 and her advice comes from years of experience.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cIn an industry as fast-paced as music, where there are constantly eyes on you and pressure to keep rising, your health is one of the most sacred things you have,\u201d Rowland said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cI learned during my time in Destiny\u2019s Child that you can show up for your fans and your group while still honoring what you need as an individual,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThese words of wisdom come from someone uniquely qualified to provide them. During Rowland\u2019s tenure with Destiny\u2019s Child, the group became one of the defining acts of the late \u201990s and early 2000s, scoring four No. 1 hits on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/hot-100\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Billboard Hot 100<\/a> \u2014 including \u201cBills, Bills, Bills,\u201d \u201cSay My Name,\u201d \u201cIndependent Women Part I\u201d and \u201cBootylicious\u201d \u2014 while landing four top 10 albums on the <a data-id=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/billboard-200\/\" data-type=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/billboard-200\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Billboard 200<\/a>.\u00a0Survivor\u00a0and the greatest hits collection\u00a0#1\u2019s\u00a0both reached No. 1 on the albums chart.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tAnd Rowland\u2019s charts success didn\u2019t stop when she stepped outside the group. Her blockbuster collaboration with Nelly, \u201cDilemma,\u201d spent 10 weeks atop the Hot 100 in 2002, giving the singer another perspective on balancing solo ambitions with life as part of a collective.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tMeanwhile, KATSEYE \u2014 which formed through HYBE and Geffen Records\u2019\u00a0The Debut: Dream Academy\u00a0and later documented its journey in Netflix\u2019s\u00a0Pop Star Academy: KATSEYE\u00a0\u2014 has quickly become one of pop\u2019s most closely watched new acts.\u00a0 The group\u2019s most recent body of work, the WILD EP, earned the group its first No. 1 on the Billboard 200. The standout tracks \u201cPinky Up,\u201d \u201cAnimal\u201d and even \u201cHootie Frutti\u201d continue to sit on the Hot 100.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tBut as the members continue their rapid rise together, they\u2019re also continuing to deal with change.
