Bring the weight overhead, extending your arms straight so the dumbbells are above your head.<\/li>\n<li data-node-id=\"91.1\">Keeping everything from your shoulders to elbows still, slowly bend your elbows, lowering the weights behind your head until your arms are just lower than 90 degrees. Your elbows should point forward, not out to the side. <\/li>\n<li data-node-id=\"91.2\">Pause briefly, and raise your arms back to straight.<br data-node-id=\"91.2.1\"\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>11.
