Nicole Kidman surprised fans at a special screening of Practical Magic 2<\/a> in Sydney, Australia, earlier today.<\/p>\n

She appears to have surprised the photographer as well, as there weren’t any full-length pictures of the actress. Naturally, I went digging, and my search was fruitful because Nicole opted to wear a pair of red pumps with her Erdem<\/strong> Resort 2027<\/strong> ivory satin-and-lace floral-embroidered dress.<\/p>\n

And I’m glad I found the full look, because those red pumps make such a difference. They pick up the red embroidery beautifully.<\/p>\n

You weren’t 100% sold on Sandra Bullock’s look<\/a> from this collection, but I have a feeling you’ll find this one will be so much more appealing.<\/p>\n

The draped satin creates a flattering silhouette, while the lace panels and floral embroidery give the dress the romantic quality we’ve come to expect from Erdem<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Flowers are, of course, central to the world of Practical Magic. Sally and Gillian Owens grew up in a house surrounded by a magical garden, with herbs, plants and flowers tied to the family’s spells and potions. So it makes sense that florals have been woven into the visual language of this press tour, from the event backdrops to the clothes themselves.<\/p>\n

That makes Erdem<\/strong> a natural choice for Nicole Kidman<\/strong> here. Xolo Maridue\u00f1a<\/a> was the first to make flowers a recurring feature of his wardrobe throughout the tour.<\/p>\n

It was a bit of a rough start in the hair department in London, but since Nicole reunited with her usual hairstylist, who knows exactly what works for her, her tresses are back to their glorious best.<\/p>\n
