Part of it comes down to basic supply and demand. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.entrepreneur.com\/business-news\/ford-ceo-cant-fill-5000-open-jobs-six-figure-salary\" id=\"https:\/\/www.entrepreneur.com\/business-news\/ford-ceo-cant-fill-5000-open-jobs-six-figure-salary\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Skilled trades are short on workers<\/a> as older generations retire and immigration restrictions shrink the labor pool.
