The race will be the climactic event of the programme at the Japan National Stadium and the favourite is young Dutch star Niels Laros, who has wicked finishing speed and who\u2019s looked invincible on the Diamond League circuit in recent weeks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom5 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">However, he will have to take the throne from reigning world champion Josh Kerr, the Briton who has a habit of always producing his best performances when it matters most.
