\n\tDovetail<\/a> say its latest collection is \u201csmarter, lighter, stronger and more comfortable than ever.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe women\u2019s workwear<\/a> brand recently launched the Graphene<\/a> Collection, a line of work pants infused with graphene technology. The John Deere collaborator<\/a> partnered with Chinese mill Freedom Denim for the 10 oz. and 13 oz. graphene denim used in the collection.<\/p>\n

\n\tGraphene, which is essentially a single layer of carbon atoms arranged in a hexagonal pattern, makes denim fabrics three times stronger than conventional alternatives. The carbon nanomaterial is infused into each fiber at the molecular level, giving fabric a permanent boost in performance. Dovetail says his integration retains the original weight and stretch of the fibers while delivering \u201cgame-changing benefits\u201d like strength and enhanced temperature regulation to keep wearers comfortable in any season.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIt\u2019s not enough to have durability,\u201d said Sara DeLuca, Dovetail <\/a>co-founder and VP of product development. \u201cWomen need fabrics that move, breathe, and stay comfortable all day. Our mission is to deliver all of that in workwear worthy of our hardest-working customers. With the Graphene Collection, we hit the bullseye.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tFor several years, performance-driven brands like Reebok, Vollebak, and Graphene-X have been drawn to graphene, incorporating it into a wide range of apparel and footwear. Denim mills\u2014including Candiani<\/a>, Orta, Calik<\/a>, Advance and Arvind\u2014have also been eager to explore the material\u2019s benefits. Dovetail says its collection is a \u201cfirst to market\u201d for women\u2019s workwear.<\/p>\n

\n\tDovetail\u2019s collection offers three \u201cpurpose-built\u201d styles in sizes 00-24 and four inseam options. Styles include the straight-leg mid-rise Britt X; the Old School High Rise, and the Maven X, a slim leg mid-rise.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tAll pants feature front reinforcements for durability, multiple deep functional pockets and Dovetail\u2019s signature fit designed for women who work.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe collection is available now on Dovetail\u2019s website and at select retailers.
