Garda\u00ed diverted traffic from Albert Road onto the South Link Road.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The closure and diversions are expected to remain in place through the evening.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Meanwhile, a man in his 40s died in Ballycotton, Co Cork, after an accident involving a dumper truck.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Garda\u00ed and emergency services arrived at Church Road at 3.30pm after the alarm was raised.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">It is understood the man was carrying out works in the area when his dumper truck struck him. He was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">His body will be removed to Cork University Hospital for an autopsy examination.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Garda forensic collision investigators will attend the scene, and the L3633 road has been closed with local diversions in place.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) has been notified and will carry out a full investigation.
