That form has held up and given the way she won last month I don’t have any doubts about her dropping from 6f to 5f. They will have targeted this race and she looks an all-weather specialist. She’s better than what we’ve seen so far.

I’m swerving Strait And Narrow due to her draw in stall 14 and while Nazario can show improvement, I’m with Real Encounter. She showed promise on her debut when fourth in a maiden at Leopardstown. The form of that race is solid and Jessica Harrington’s stable are in much better fettle now too. She should be hard to beat and her gate speed should be enough to allow her bounce out from stall 13 and get a good position.

Bint Elnadim Star is making her handicap debut for Stephen Thorne after leaving James Tate in the UK. She finished second at Windsor last time out and she’s running off a mark of 67 which is more than workable. Tofino and Green Icon are the main dangers but hopefully the market speaks in Bint Elnadim Star’s favour.

This is a deep race and there’s a lot going on! I’ve tipped up Punk Poet in the past but I can’t be with him on Friday. I’m very keen on Nammos for Adrian McGuinness. She’s only had two stars for the stable but both of those runs were good. She put in a cracking effort at the Curragh last time and there was a lot to like about the run. She has all-weather form and she’s a dual winner in the UK. She can improve as she moves up in trip to a mile.

We haven’t seen the best of Satono Chevalier in recent starts but I’m taking another chance on the Richard O’Brien runner. He’s dropped way down in the weights and is now 8lbs lower than his last winning mark. Shane Markey is on board and claiming 7lbs too which is always a bonus. If he returns to anything like his peak form, he could have a great each-way chance.

Harseva won at Navan last time out and despite going up 7lbs in the weights, she’ll still be hard to beat. She was visually impressive that day and there could be plenty of improvement to come.

Galician Girl would probably be a worthy favourite after winning ay Ayr in August. She’s finding form and the John McConnell yard are also doing well. She should be really hard to beat and she loves this all-weather track. The step up to 1m 2f should also really suit her.

Edward Hamilton is a Frankel colt and given he’s running at this time of year, he could be anything or he could be nothing! I’ll keep him on side and if the money comes for him, I’m definitely with Edward Hamilton. Trainer Natalia Lupini’s Lady McC is the main danger.

THE PADDY POWER GUIDE TO SAFER GAMBLING – EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

[76
23663,18,50373,21050,2505,19,17,8383,132
0":"post-73556","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-sports","8":"tag-dundalk","9":"tag-eire","10":"tag-fran-berry","11":"tag-horse-racing","12":"tag-horse-racing-tips","13":"tag-ie","14":"tag-ireland","15":"tag-long","16":"tag-sports
["GET
