{"id":76379,"date":"2025-09-21T03:43:46","date_gmt":"2025-09-21T03:43:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/76379\/"},"modified":"2025-09-21T03:43:46","modified_gmt":"2025-09-21T03:43:46","slug":"breaking-kildares-newest-restaurant-opens-up-next-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/76379\/","title":{"rendered":"BREAKING: Kildare&#8217;s newest restaurant opens up next week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A new restaurant will be unveiled next week in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kildarenow.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Naas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Stables is located at Poplar Square and it\u2019s owned by Nick Courtney, a native of Cashel, County Tipperary, with his wife Jeanne. The new enterprise has been renovated.<\/p>\n<p>The owner is promising a \u201csimple, flavoursome and affordable&#8221; menu created with as much locally provided produce as possible.<\/p>\n<p>He comes to the venue with considerable experience, having started out\u00a0 at the Cashel Palace Hotel in south Tipperary.
