<\/p>\nTensions boiled over on Sunday night when confusion at the roundtable allowed both traitors to fly under the radar, leaving logistics specialist Joanna to face an emotional banishment.<\/p>\n
When she stood up to reveal she was a faithful, she tearfully told her fellow players: \u201cI said I\u2019m not going to cry and the only reason I\u2019m doing that is because my character was being attacked.<\/p>\n

Her words caused a major stir, both within Slane Castle and on social media after the episode aired.<\/p>\n
But Joanna (39) has said she holds \u201cabsolutely no grudges\u201d as she looks back on her time on the show, describing all remaining contestants as \u201cwonderful people\u201d and urging viewers to keep negative comments to themselves.<\/p>\n
While it felt \u201cvery real\u201d in the moment, Joanna said she would like people to remember that it is a TV show and \u201creal people with real feelings\u201d are behind it.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo be fair, I can\u2019t even imagine how all of the girls are feeling because even I\u2019m getting so many messages and horrible comments, so I can\u2019t even imagine what they are going through. When you are there, you\u2019re just thinking about the present moment that you\u2019re in.\u201d<\/p>\n
Yesterday afternoon, she shared a message to viewers on Instagram, reminding them that the show is \u201cjust a game\u201d ahead of the penultimate episode.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe majority of the female contestants that are still in the castle are very young, still on their path of self-discovery, finding their life,\u201d she said on Instagram.<\/p>\n
\u201cBefore sending any messages or comments to any of the contestants, please think twice. Is this something you would like to hear? Or is it something you would like your daughter to receive as a message?\u201d<\/p>\n
Speaking after her banishment, Joanna said she is \u201cnot very big on social media\u201d but feels \u201clucky\u201d that strangers\u2019 comments do not impact her.<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t really allow the strangers to dictate what I feel or how I feel, so I think I\u2019m lucky enough that it doesn\u2019t bother me as much,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s not nice. I\u2019m concerned about others probably more than myself, because I know I could deal with it, and I know I can distance myself from like opinions about me.\u201d<\/p>\n
The logistics specialist also admitted she did not expect to get emotional at the roundtable.<\/p>\n
\nBut at the moment, obviously, like I felt like my character was being attacked. That\u2019s where the tears came from<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
\u201cI was actually the one person that was always saying, \u2018you\u2019re not going to see the tears from me, because it\u2019s just not who I am\u2019,\u201d she said. \u201cBut at the moment, obviously, like I felt like my character was being attacked. \u201cBecause for me, the one thing that I do in life is since I came out to myself and to the world, and like living as a queer woman who wants to be true to herself, I said: \u2018I will never lie.\u2019<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd those are the things that I am saying to my girls, \u2018Do not lie because it will always catch you.\u2019 That being used against me, that felt like I was being attacked. <\/p>\n

She said she has \u201cno regrets\u201d about how she played the game \u2013 even about her decision to gift Kelley (23) a shield, despite the business graduate going on to vote her out of the show.<\/p>\n
\u201cShe felt like she was being targeted, so for me, it\u2019s just the mam inside that I was like, I just need to protect her. She\u2019s closer in age to my daughter than to me.\u201d<\/p>\n
Amy (35), who was \u201cmurdered\u201d by Nick and newly recruited traitor Ben the night before, said the real estate agent and member of the Defence Forces are playing \u201ca very smart game\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m hoping that the girls sniff them out. Looking at it, it\u2019s hard to see what avenue it would have to go down in order for that to happens. It\u2019s anyone\u2019s game. Things can turn on a dime in there, it\u2019s insane. When you\u2019re in the moment, you\u2019re so fully immersed that you cannot see past that moment,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
The final will all come down to whether the girls can \u201crefocus\u201d after a dramatic night at the roundtable, added Joanna.<\/p>\n
