Within minutes, he had become the heartbeat of Startup Kashmir\u2019s second pitch deck event, encouraging young founders to see opportunity where others see obstacles.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe face challenges every day,\u201d Chaya told the audience of founders, investors, and mentors. \u201cEvery challenge is an opportunity. Persistence, resilience, and clear vision will take you farther than you imagine.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The conversation quickly turned global. USA-based angel investor Tasawur Jalali emphasized the importance of connecting Kashmir\u2019s startups with international markets. \u201cThese ideas have potential far beyond the Valley,\u201d he said. \u201cWith the right guidance and support, founders here can access US markets, attract investors, and scale globally.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The event brought together five of the valley\u2019s most promising early-stage ventures: Abdul Barii\u2019s\u00a0Zorawar, Syed Zaman\u2019s\u00a0Makaseb\u00a0International, Furqan Qureshi\u2019s\u00a0Cartzu, Sheikh Rizwan\u2019s\u00a0Biowealth-Helixion, and Abul Kalam Azad\u2019s\u00a0Credistralia.<\/p>\n<p>Each founder spoke with hope, determination, and ambition, presenting ideas that reflected the drive to create meaningful change in Kashmir.<\/p>\n<p>Among them was Fiza Masoodi of\u00a0The Healing Grove, whose startup on mental wellness impressed the audience and the chief guest alike. \u201cMushtaq Chaya appreciated our approach to building resilience,\u201d she said. \u201cThat recognition strengthened my belief that what we do matters.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/1000347461-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-284696\"\/>Mushtaq Chaya addressing founders. <\/p>\n<p>Chaya\u2019s words carried the weight of experience. Having built businesses amid uncertainty, he spoke as someone who had faced failure, learned from it, and emerged stronger.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis ecosystem needs belief,\u201d he said. \u201cIt needs people who think beyond barriers. Each one of you is part of that movement. You are the change Kashmir seeks.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Syed Rais, President of J&amp;K Bank, emphasized the value of mentorship and financial support. <\/p>\n<p>Khair ull Nissa Shah, Director at Alson Motors and Startup Kashmir, talked about the importance of mentorship and access to networks, reminding entrepreneurs that guidance can be as crucial as capital.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Shahid Ansari, Founder and CEO of Startup Kashmir, spoke of a larger vision, building platforms that not only nurture local talent but also connect them with international markets and global opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>For Kashmir, the Pitch Deck Event was a statement that ambition is alive, innovation is possible, and the valley\u2019s entrepreneurial ecosystem is gaining momentum.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Startup Kashmir Second Pitch Deck Event.
