Justin Bieber\u2019s<\/strong> mom, Pattie Mallette,<\/strong> recently penned some emotional words<\/a> for her son.<\/p>\n

Earlier this week, Mallette posted an Instagram carousel<\/a> filled with black and white snaps of the former teen idol, 31, wearing a T-shirt that read \u201cpray for me,\u201d accompanied by a lengthy caption dedicated to the singer.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re cheering you on and praying for you always Justin. \ud83d\ude4f ,\u201d she began her post. \u201cI declare freedom, strength, clarity, and healing over you Justin.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery chain of fear, confusion, heaviness, and pain\u2014be broken in Jesus\u2019 name. Holy Spirit, surround him with TRUTH, LIGHT, and PROTECTION,\u201d Mallette continued. \u201cHEAL EVERY WOUND in his heart, mind and body, seen and unseen, restore what\u2019s been stolen, and cover him in WHOLENESS.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cFill him to OVERFLOWING with Your LOVE and COMFORT. It was unclear what inspired Mallette\u2019s prayer, but in the past, the \u201cBaby\u201d hitmaker has been candid about his battle with his mental health<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople keep telling me to heal. Don\u2019t you think if I could have fixed myself I would have already?\u201d Bieber wrote in a June Instagram post.<\/a> \u201cI know I\u2019m broken. I know I have anger issues. I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them. And it just keeps making me more tired and more angry.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Grammy Award winner also addressed his struggles on the track \u201cTherapy Sessions\u201d featuring Druski<\/strong> on his latest album, Swag<\/a>, which was released in July.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have had to go through a lot of my struggles as a human, as all of us do, really publicly, so people are always asking if I\u2019m ok, and that starts to really weigh on me,\u201d he admitted.<\/p>\n
