Taylor Swift left fans speechless in her latest cover for her upcoming album.<\/p>\n

The 14-time Grammy-winning singer is gearing up for her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, on Oct. 3. Swift shared photos from her latest vinyl edition on Wednesday, Sept. 24.<\/p>\n

“A showgirl knows to save some of her best tricks for the grand finale\u2026,” she wrote in the caption on Instagram. “The Life of a Showgirl: The Crowd is Your King Edition on Summertime Spritz Pink Shimmer Vinyl is available to pre-order now exclusively at @target while supplies last .”<\/p>\n

On the vinyl cover, Swift poses in a bewjeweled lingerie with a matching headpiece, and fishnets. In another photo, she is wearing a corset, a feathered headdress, stockings, and sparkly heels as she holds onto the new vinyl offering.<\/p>\n

Taylor Swift announces new album<\/p>\n

Swift shared the news on her now-fianc\u00e9’s New Heights podcast. The singer is engaged to Kansas City Chiefs’ Travis Kelce, and he hosts the podcast with his brother, retired Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce.<\/p>\n

She explained that the album was written while she was on her record-breaking Eras Tour.<\/p>\n

“I’d do like three shows in a row, I’d have three days off, I’d fly to Sweden, go back to the tour. I was physically exhausted at this point in the tour but I was so mentally stimulated and so excited to be creating,” Swift said on the podcast back in August.<\/p>\n

Kelce added she was “literally living the life of a showgirl.”<\/p>\n

Unlike her last album, The Tortured Poets Department,The Life of a Showgirl will not be a double album. It will have 12 songs:<\/p>\n

“There’s not other ones coming,” she said. “This is the record I’ve been wanting to make for a very long time.”<\/p>\n

The Life of a Showgirl theater release<\/p>\n

Swift has another trick up her sleeve as the intro track, “The Fate of Ophelia” music video will have a theatrical release.<\/a> \u00a0The singer shared the news with her fans last week on Instagram.<\/p>\n

“I hereby invite you to a *dazzling* soir\u00e9e, The Official Release Party of a Showgirl: Oct 3 – Oct 5 only in cinemas!” the 14-time Grammy winner wrote in the caption alongside a photo of her in red lingerie and a matching feathered headdress.<\/p>\n

Fans will be able to get the first look at exclusive content in addition to the music video.<\/p>\n

“You\u2019ll get to see the exclusive world premiere of the music video for my new single ‘The Fate of Ophelia,’ along with never before seen behind-the-scenes footage of how we made it, cut by cut explanations of what inspired this music, and the brand new lyric videos from my new album The Life of a Showgirl,” she continued.<\/p>\n

“Looks like it\u2019s time to brush off that Eras Tour outfit or orange cardigan\u2026 Tickets are on sale now. Dancing is optional but very much encouraged,” she added.<\/p>\n

The Life of a Showgirl is out on Oct. 3, with the theatrical release running from the record’s debut until Oct 5.<\/p>\n
