\n\tHere comes the sun: Ahead of\u00a0their debut women\u2019s show for Loewe<\/a>\u00a0on Oct. 3 during Paris Fashion Week,\u00a0Jack McCollough\u00a0and\u00a0Lazaro Hernandez\u00a0are releasing a teaser\u00a0campaign\u00a0that spotlights fresh young faces \u2014 some wet, some dry \u2014 and a few striped towels, rather than a full collection reveal.<\/p>\n

\n\tAmong the personalities captured by photographer Talia Chetrit<\/a> are actors Isla Johnston, selected for the lead role in Baz Luhrmann\u2019s upcoming Joan of Arc biopic, and Lewis Gribben, who will next be seen in Ridley Scott\u2019s \u201cBlade Runner 2099\u201d on Prime Video.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe portraits \u2014 which appear to have been taken in and around a swimming pool \u2014 are slated to roll out on\u00a0Loewe<\/a>\u2018s digital channels on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThis teaser stands as an opening gesture, the outset of a new dialogue,\u201d\u00a0the American design duo<\/a>, best known as founders of the Proenza Schouler brand, said in a statement shared exclusively with WWD. \u201cThe campaign begins to define a tone, a spirit, and the beginnings of an intent.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIn it lies a vibrancy and tactility rooted in craft that feels fundamental to the house, a sunniness and sensuality that feels inherent to its Spanish roots, and ultimately an optimism and spirit that we recognize as deeply personal to us as individuals,\u201d they added.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn casting for the shoot the designers selected \u201cindividuals whose fresh and nascent quality spoke to the idea of new beginnings, something hopeful and unfolding.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIndeed, all are under the age of 35 and hail mainly from Europe.
