And with that very simple concept in mind, it\u2019s no surprise that we continue to see a wide range of new car-themed watches. Taking inspiration from iconic cars from the past, or the latest high-tech hypercar and everything in between, the result can be pretty compelling if done right. Collaborating with <a href=\"https:\/\/monochrome-watches.com\/the-petrolhead-corner-morgan-supersport-sportscar-bmw-3-litre-twin-turbo-335bhp-specs-pics-price\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Morgan Motor Company<\/a>\u00a0for the second time, <a href=\"https:\/\/monochrome-watches.com\/category\/unimatic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Unimatic<\/a> presents the Modello Quattro U4-GMT-MMC.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2025-Unimatic-x-Morgan-Motor-Company-Modello-Quattro-U-GMT-MMC-4.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-286890 size-full lazy-images\" alt=\"\" width=\"2100\" height=\"2100\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2025-Unimatic-x-Morgan-Motor-Company-Modello-Quattro-U-GMT-MMC-4.jpg\"  data-\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This limited edition Modello Quattro has a brushed stainless steel case of 40mm in diameter, and 13.9mm in height (13.7mm without the sapphire crystal). On top, there\u2019s a fixed monobloc bezel with an acid-etched 24-hour scale. The rather large crown, 8mm in diameter, is flanked by a pair of crown guards, and ensures a water-resistance of 300m. Around the back, there\u2019s a solid caseback covering the movement, finished with details on the watch, its numbered imitation and the logos of both companies.<\/p>\n<p>The dial is finished in a rich blue tone called Sport Blue, which comes from Morgan\u2019s catalogue. The design is fairly simple and restrained, with glossy Cool Grey transfers and a set of hands finished with Super-LumiNova. In addition to the central sword-shaped hour and minute hands and the lollipop seconds hand, there\u2019s a central GMT hand with an open arrow tip. The final detail is the date window at 6\u2032, revealing a disc that\u2019s colour-matched to the dial.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2025-Unimatic-x-Morgan-Motor-Company-Modello-Quattro-U-GMT-MMC-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-286889 lazy-images\" alt=\"\" width=\"2100\" height=\"2100\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2025-Unimatic-x-Morgan-Motor-Company-Modello-Quattro-U-GMT-MMC-3.jpg\"  data-\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Inside we find <a href=\"https:\/\/monochrome-watches.com\/search\/NH34\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Seiko\u2019s NH34A automatic<\/a>, which runs at a rate of 21,600vph and delivers a running time of approximately 41 hours. It\u2019s regulated to -20 \/ +40 seconds per day, but in reality runs well within that bandwidth. Next to the central hours, minutes and seconds, it also indicates the date and a second time zone. Do note that it\u2019s an Office GMT and not a Flyer GMT.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2025-Unimatic-x-Morgan-Motor-Company-Modello-Quattro-U-GMT-MMC-5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-286891 size-full lazy-images\" alt=\"\" width=\"2100\" height=\"2100\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2025-Unimatic-x-Morgan-Motor-Company-Modello-Quattro-U-GMT-MMC-5.jpg\"  data-\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Unimatic x Morgan Modello Quattro U4-GMT-MMC is limited to 100 pieces in total, 20 more than the first collaboration between the two. It comes with two straps, made from the same leather Morgan uses for the upholstery in their cars, with one in a soft biscuit tone and the other in blue, both fitted with a pin buckle and quick-release pushpins.
