FKA Twigs<\/a> has confirmed details of her upcoming album \u2018EUSEXUA Afterglow\u2019<\/a> and shared a new single, \u2018Cheap Hotel\u2019. Listen below.<\/p>\n

The artist and NME Godlike Genius winner<\/a> first announced the follow-up to her Mercury-nominated<\/a> 2025 record \u2018EUSEXUA\u2019<\/a> last month. It was reported at the time that the project would be an entirely new album, rather than a deluxe edition.<\/p>\n

Twigs shared the official cover artwork for the LP on social media today (September 26), writing: \u201c\u2018AFTERGLOW\u2019, a visceral waterfall, as you leave the rave in search of your next wonder, give her your consent to kiss, splash and caress your naked skin.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added: \u201cEUSEXUA\u2019 stripped you down and her aftermath is hungry, raw and ready to be adored. \u2018Cheap Hotel\u2019 out now.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2018EUSEXUA Afterglow\u2019 is set for release on November 14 via Atlantic\/Young. You can pre-order\/pre-save here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u2018Cheap Hotel\u2019 is an atmospheric, synth-drenched track, complete with Twigs\u2019 high-pitched, delicate vocals. It arrives with a seven-minute music video, directed by Jordan Hemingway.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo th\u0435 cheap hotel, right behind the club\/ In room 20 or 24\/ Call me when you\u2019re outside\/ With some friends of mine at the summertime\/ Bring the mini bar, bring your credit card\/ We\u2019ll go all night,\u201d she sings (via Genius<\/a>).<\/p>\n

The singer opened for Raye at All Points East 2025 in London last month<\/a>, replacing Doechii<\/a> on the line-up following a European headline tour<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She previously brought \u2018EUSEXUA\u2019 to the capital with two headline shows at Magazine. In a four-star review<\/a>, NME wrote: \u201cSongs from across the artist\u2019s catalogue get enveloped in the world behind her striking third album in a typically artful performance.\u201d<\/p>\n

NME gave \u2018EUSEXUA\u2019 a glowing five-star review<\/a>, writing: \u201cTwigs has successfully shown that the connection of music, movement, mind, soul and body can be converted into sound, weaving these elements into a cohesive and transcendent artistic experience.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe brings her own assured sense of creativity and spirituality and combines it with her ability to materialise the intangible. As the album\u2019s closing track says, \u2018You\u2019ve one life to live, do it freely\u2018. What better note to leave it on?\u201d<\/p>\n

The record has since been named as one of NME\u2018s best albums of 2025 so far<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In other news, it was recently confirmed that FKA Twigs will play the Virgin Mary to Nicolas Cage\u2019s Joseph in the new biblical horror film The Carpenter\u2019s Son<\/a>.<\/p>\n
