Cardi B<\/a> showed off her curves in a pair of tiny denim hotpants as she was snapped out and about in Los Angeles<\/a> on Thursday, after undergoing a BBL reduction surgery.<\/a><\/p>\n

The I Like It hitmaker, 32,\u00a0who is expecting her fourth child, and first with NFL star Stefon Diggs<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 opted for style over comfort in a pair of platform stiletto animal-print knee-high boots.<\/p>\n

The pregnant rapper completed the look with a white graphic T-shirt as she appeared in high spirits and jovially cheered at onlookers in the streets.<\/p>\n

The star accessorised her look with a baseball cap and maxi chunky earrings while showing off her growing baby bump.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The New York-born-and-raised music star was at Fingerprints Music in Long Beach\u00a0for a public meet and greet event.<\/p>\n

Cardi \u2014 the stage name of Belcalis Marlenis Alm\u00e1nzar \u2014 was promoting her second studio album, Am I the Drama?, which she dropped on September 19.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It comes after Cardi revealed she\u00a0previously underwent butt reduction surgery and was stuck on bed rest for three months following the procedure.<\/p>\n

Appearing on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast she said she ‘already’ got the procedure done while addressing unsolicited comments about her body from people telling her to reduce her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).<\/p>\n

She also said she still wishes her backside was even smaller sometimes but confessed she would not go through the reduction procedure again.<\/p>\n

‘I look at myself in the mirror, and it’s like, I really wouldn’t change a thing,’ Cardi told podcast host Alex.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘Maybe I would like my butt to be smaller, but it’s, like I said, it’s really hard for my butt to be smaller [and] I already did,’ she continued.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘I already did a reduction already and people will be like, “Well, you need to reduce your butt more.”‘<\/p>\n

She then pointed out how some people overestimate the ease of the surgical procedure and underestimate the discomfort of the recovery process.<\/p>\n

‘And it’s like, I think you guys think that people just plug something inside my a**hole and just suck it out,’ she said jokingly and earnestly at the same time.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘For me to reduce my butt, I have to literally sit on the table, get cut from the bottom, get cut from the top, and be on bed rest for three months,’ she explained.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘So it’s like, I’m not gonna put myself in that position again because you don’t like my body.’<\/p>\n

The Up hitmaker added: ‘I’m comfortable. I learn to live with it. I don’t get no complaints from nobody and it is what it is.’<\/p>\n

She also shared words of advice to Alex and listeners: ‘It’s just like, you can’t let people turn you crazy.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

Back in 2022, she also talked about her BBL, warning fans about the dangers of getting the procedure done.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She also revealed that year that she got 95 percent of previous butt injections dissolved.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She denied the allegations and added that she is ‘very, very’ particular about how she smells.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘I don’t know who made the rumors that BBLs stink, but it doesn’t … stink. How will a BBL stink if you have no open wounds?’ She also confirmed that her relationship with Diggs is ‘good.’<\/p>\n

Back in August, Cardi B went up on the witness stand to give her testimony after a security guard sued her for $24 million in a fingernail attack.\u00a0<\/p>\n
