Jessica Alba<\/a> is honoring her two girls on National Daughters Day.<\/p>\n The actress, 44, shared a series of photos on her Instagram<\/a> as she celebrated the holiday with her two daughters, Honor, 17, and Haven, 14. In the sweet snaps, Alba can be seen posing with her girls throughout the years, including a few recent pictures.<\/p>\n She also included a poem and a quote scattered throughout her post. “Happy\u00a0#NationalDaughtersDay<\/a>\u00a0to my babies – my whole heart, my best friends, my teachers, my everything \ud83e\udd0d\ud83e\udef6\ud83c\udffd\u2728 ,” Alba wrote in her caption.<\/p>\n “To be your mama is the biggest blessing of this life – thank you for giving me grace and unconditional love. You\u2019re 14 now! \ud83e\udd73\ud83d\udcab\ud83d\ude48” she began the heartfelt message. “Time is flying by way too fast. It feels like just yesterday you were this tiny, vibrant firecracker, lighting up our lives with your boundless energy.”<\/p>\n She went on to express how “blown away” she is by the person her daughter is becoming, saying she has the “biggest heart” and is “the glue between your siblings.”<\/p>\n “As you\u2019ve grown, I\u2019m blown away by the incredible person you\u2019ve become. You have the biggest heart and show love so freely – even to people you\u2019ve just met,” she said. “You feel things deeply yet carry this calm self-awareness that\u2019s far beyond your years. You\u2019re smart, quick-witted, and I trust you completely with your little brother. You\u2019re like the glue between your siblings – they both see you as their bestie, and that just warms my heart.”<\/p>\n Then in July, Alba posted a carousel of photos\u00a0on Instagram<\/a>\u00a0as she shared a glimpse at her recent summer days. In one sweet photo, the mom of three could be seen posing with all three of her kids outside.<\/p>\n Alba could be seen wearing sunglasses and a white shirt, standing behind her son Hayes, 7, who wore a gray shirt.
