Their matching style goes back years. In December 2023, they walked into a comedy show in side-by-side takes on the same outfit formula: Gomez in faux snakeskin, Swift in houndstooth. Days later, they doubled down in trench coats and sheer tights. They\u2019ve even shared the same Reformation sweater. And Gomez has said the quiet part out loud \u2014 back in 2021, she admitted to Vogue<\/a>, \u201cWhen I was younger, Taylor inspired me a lot when it comes to wardrobe and stage outfits.\u201d<\/p>\n

Which is why Gomez\u2019s aisle moment feels like more than a one-off. Fans are already reading it as foreshadowing \u2014 not proof, but a strong hint that when Swift\u2019s turn comes, she might already have her designer picked out.
