Malayalam actor Suresh Krishna reveals a childhood scar origin story involving a cobra, a pond, and a mischievous adventure.<\/p>\n

A<\/strong>ctor Suresh Krishna, popularly dubbed Malayalam cinema\u2019s \u2019Convincing Star,\u2019 has revealed a mischievous childhood incident that left a permanent scar on his forehead.<\/p>\n The actor, who will next be seen in Althaf Salim\u2019s upcoming film \u2018Odum Kuthira Chaadum Kuthira<\/a>\u2019 alongside Fahadh Faasil and Kalyani Priyadarshan, recalled the story during an interview with Veena Mukundan for Originals.<\/p>\n When asked about the scar, Krishna explained that it dated back to when he was around 10 years old. \u201cIt is something I got from my childhood because I was mischievous. I had stepped down into a pond in my ancestral house to catch a cobra snake \u2026 While stepping down, I slipped and fell and hit my head. That\u2019s how I got this scar,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n The actor added that the pond, surrounded by pineapple groves, was often frequented by snakes. On that particular day, he spotted a cobra while fishing and attempted to catch it. Instead, he slipped, fell on a stone and injured his head.<\/p>\n Director Althaf Salim, who was present during the interview, interrupted playfully: \u201cI think he went there to convince the snake.\u201d<\/p>\n Krishna laughed off the incident, recalling that mischief was part of his daily routine as a child. \u201cIt was just the fun of that age. That\u2019s how I enjoyed my childhood. Eventually, I was beaten up for chasing the cobra, on top of the injury I had already sustained from the fall. Every day there was something or the other I\u2019d get scolded or beaten for,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
