Victoria Beckham<\/a> has teased a Spice Girls<\/a> reunion after going to see one of Oasis<\/a>\u2019 \u2018Live \u201825\u2019 tour dates at Wembley.<\/p>\n

The former Spice Girl turned fashion designer went to see the iconic Britpop band as they wrapped up the last of their UK reunion dates<\/a> at London\u2019s Wembley Stadium last night (Sunday September 28).<\/p>\n

She attended the gig with her husband, football icon David, as well as their 14-year-old daughter Harper, sons Romeo (23) and Cruz (20), and Cruz\u2019s girlfriend, Jackie. While there, she got fans talking by posting a photo of Oasis on stage and hinting at a possible Spice Girls reunion.<\/p>\n

\u201cTempting\u2026\u2026\u201d she wrote in the caption of the reunited Britpop legends, tagging Oasis and David Beckham, along with each of her former bandmates, Emma Bunton<\/a>, Melanie C<\/a>, Geri Halliwell<\/a>, and Mel B \u2013 <\/a>suggested that Spice Girls could follow in the footsteps of their fellow \u201990s giants and return to the stage.<\/p>\n

There have been rumours of a Spice Girls comeback circulating for years now, and while the members have dropped subtle hints about a reunion, a full-blown comeback tour with all five members has yet to materialise.<\/p>\n

The group fanned the flames last spring, when they all came together for a surprise performance at Victoria Beckham\u2019s 50th birthday party.<\/a> Before then, Mel B hinted that the Spice Girls might return to perform in the Legends\u2019 slot at Glastonbury <\/a>in 2023. She later shut the rumours down, saying it didn\u2019t work logistically for the group.<\/a><\/p>\n

Geri Halliwell-Horner has opened up about the possibility of a comeback too <\/a>and promised that \u201cthere will be something\u201d on the way, while Mel B spoke out again this spring, saying that she is \u201calways game\u201d when it comes to a reunion tour<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Emma Bunton made a nod to the group last Christmas when she dropped a festive version of Spice Girls\u2019 \u20182 Become 1\u2019<\/a>, and earlier this year, Mel C spoke about the 30th anniversary of \u2018Wannabe\u2019, saying it was \u201ctime\u201d that the five of them got back together.<\/a><\/p>\n

Spice Girls went out for a reunion tour in 2019<\/a>, but the line-up did not include Beckham. The last time they all performed together publicly was at the London Olympics closing ceremony in 2012<\/a>. The pop giants first split up in 2000 after six years of chart dominance.<\/p>\n

While there have been hints of a comeback over the past few years, David Beckham put a dampener on hopes last year<\/a>, around the same time that the members came together for Victoria\u2019s birthday party.<\/p>\n

When asked by Variety<\/a> if the appearance could signal a reunion, he said: \u201cUnfortunately, that\u2019s not happening. Victoria was so pleased to see the girls, and it was a massive part of her life, but obviously, all the girls have got their own things going on. They will do certain things together at certain times.\u201d<\/p>\n

Geri Halliwell also seemed more doubtful about a comeback earlier this year, when she spoke to the Off Air with Jane and Fi podcast and debated if the members reuniting would be \u201crelevant\u201d enough to pursue.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cIf it felt relevant [then we would], but if not, either way is OK,\u201d she explained, comparing the idea of new Spice Girls material to Madonna<\/a>\u2019s more recent work. \u201cI always come from a fan perspective. Let\u2019s say Madonna, right? I\u2019m a massive Madonna fan\u2026 Have I connected to her latest stuff? No. But she has every right to do that as an artist. It\u2019s the relevance.\u201d<\/p>\n

Also at Wembley last night, David Beckham posted a series of updates from the Oasis gig, including clips of him singing along to \u2018Little By Little\u2019, and backstage with Oasis guitarist Paul \u201cBonehead\u201d Arthurs<\/a>, and Richard Ashcroft<\/a> \u2013 who opened for Oasis alongside Cast<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Oasis still have dates to come in South America<\/a>, Australia<\/a>, South Korea and Japan<\/a>, and while there are no other confirmed shows in the diary just yet, both shows at Wembley this weekend saw Liam tease at the possibility of more Oasis shows in 2026<\/a>.<\/p>\n
