The site was entered, and 10ft of copper cable was stolen.<\/p>\n<p>No damage was caused to any property.<\/p>\n<p>A number of similar type incidents have also occurred at the ESB Substation in Donegal Town over the past month.<\/p>\n<p>Gardai are urging anyone who observed suspicious activity at Lurgybrack between those hours to make contact with Letterkenny Garda\u00ed Station in Letterkenny on 074-9167100, or the Garda Confidential Line may be contacted on 1800 666 111.<\/p>\n<p>Another copper theft from Letterkenny ESB substation\u00a0 was last modified:  August 19th, 2025 by Staff Writer<\/p>\n<p>      Tags:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"There has been another copper theft from the ESB substation at Lurgybrack, outside Letterkenny.
