The company had acquired the centre for its part in 2015 along with the mixed-use Beacon South Quarter in nearby Sandyford for a total of \u20ac12.8 million.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall b-it-article-body__text--left\">News of Atland Voisin\u2019s purchase of Nutgrove Retail Centre comes just over one month after it completed its first Irish industrial investment, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/property\/commercial-property\/2025\/09\/10\/french-investor-pays-72m-for-galway-industrial-investment\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/property\/commercial-property\/2025\/09\/10\/french-investor-pays-72m-for-galway-industrial-investment\/\">paying \u20ac7.2 million for Building 1 at Parkmore West Business Park in Galway<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall b-it-article-body__text--left\">The French fund made its first investment in Ireland\u2019s commercial real estate market in September 2024, when it paid about \u20ac24 million for \u201c20 on Hatch\u201d, a prime office building on Lower Hatch Street in Dublin city centre. It followed that deal up within weeks when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/property\/commercial-property\/2024\/09\/18\/french-investor-snaps-up-johnny-ronans-office-investment-for-11m\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/property\/commercial-property\/2024\/09\/18\/french-investor-snaps-up-johnny-ronans-office-investment-for-11m\/\">it paid \u20ac11 million for Kingram House<\/a>, a four-storey office block on Dublin\u2019s Fitzwilliam Place.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Nutgrove Retail Centre is located immediately adjacent to both Nutgrove Shopping Centre, which is anchored by Tesco and Dunnes, and Nutgrove Retail Park, which is anchored by Aldi and Harvey Norman. The centre extends to 4,056sq m (43,659sq ft) of retail warehouse accommodation along with 200 surface customer car-parking spaces. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">The scheme, which is fully occupied, comprises four interconnected retail warehouse units and is anchored by Home Store &amp; More. Other occupiers include Dealz, Pet World and Pat McDonnell Paints.
