Donegal County Council has confirmed it is investigating an alleged case of illegal dumping at a housing estate in the east of the county.<\/strong><\/p>\n One resident, who did not wish to be named, said the issue has been ongoing for 18 months.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cThe waste is being dumped near my fence by individuals living at the house next door,\u201d they said.<\/p>\n \u201cIt is an environmental hazard, a public health concern, and a source of distress to me and others in the community.
