LEBANON, Ore. – A Lebanon man was arrested Wednesday on multiple alleged sex crime charges involving a young girl, according to the Lebanon Police Department.
LBD officials said that Christopher Ace Perez, 32, was taken into custody without incident May 6 and faces charges including sex abuse, unlawful sexual penetration, endangering the welfare of a minor, private indecency, using a child in display of sexually explicit conduct and two counts of sodomy. The arrest came after an investigation into a report that Perez had inappropriate contact with a girl under the age of 8 who lived in Lebanon. Police said the girl is known to Perez but is not related to him. The alleged crimes happened between 2024 and April 2026 at Perez’s home in Lebanon and his previous home in Albany. The Lebanon Police Department said it had no prior history with Perez.
Investigators said there do not appear to be any additional victims at this time. Perez was booked into the Linn County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about this case is encouraged to contact Lebanon Police Det. Tyler Robinson at 541-258-4340.
