Steve Brice of Standard Chartered said investors watching the talks between President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing are also awaiting clearer signals on the Iran war. He added that markets are hoping for a quick reopening of the Strait of Hormuz to help relieve disruptions to energy supplies.
