Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated that talks and exchanges of messages between Iran and the United States continue, calling on the parties to avoid speculation about the progress of the negotiations.

In a statement to Iranian state media, Araghchi stressed that the diplomatic process is still ongoing and that no conclusions can be drawn before a concrete result is reached.

“We should not pay attention to speculation and we cannot judge the talks until we have a clear result,” he declared.

Meanwhile, the speaker of the Iranian parliament and one of the key figures in the negotiation process, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, reiterated Tehran’s position that any potential agreement must guarantee the interests and rights of the Iranian people.

In a video message, Ghalibaf stressed that Iran “will not accept any agreement” unless it has full assurance that the rights of the country and its citizens will be respected and guaranteed.
