Islam Times – A US-led coalition drone struck a motorcycle in northern Syria’s Idlib province on Saturday, killing a former senior official of the Al-Qaeda-linked Hurras al-Din group and his companions, local sources reported.Local sources told al-Mayadeen that the strike targeted the road between Ruhin and Deir Hassan in rural Idlib.
Those killed included Sami al-Oraydi, a former senior figure in the now-dissolved Hurras al-Din organisation, and several associates.
The strike hit a headquarters of the Turkistan Party in the Idlib countryside, the sources said.
