Crews responded to the wreck in the northbound lanes near Mile 100 in Pine Grove Township around 3 a.m. According to PennDOT, Interstate 81 is closed between Exit 90, Lebanon/Route 72, in Lebanon County, and Exit 104, Ravine/Route 125, in Schuylkill County.
