DALLAS CO., Mo. (KY3) – A Lebanon man was seriously injured Friday night after his truck left the roadway and struck a tree in Dallas County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The 63-year-old man was driving southbound on Highway OO, about 13 miles west of Lebanon, when he ran his truck off the left side of the road.
The truck struck a tree. The man was flown by helicopter to a hospital.
