October’s fateful election has put on the agenda the issue of Israelis who live abroad, vote and support the liberal bloc. Thousands of them plan to return and cast a ballot in the hope of toppling Benjamin Netanyahu’s government. And they’re doing this even though in many cases they don’t plan to return to Israel in the foreseeable future.
