1 hospitalized after tractor-trailer overturns on I-81 in Lebanon County

One person was hospitalized after a tractor-trailer overturned on Interstate 81 in Lebanon County early Tuesday, according to emergency dispatchers.

Officials said a tractor carrying a refrigerated trailer rolled over in the northbound lanes near the Route 934 exit in East Hanover Township at 1:18 a.m.

No other vehicles were involved, according to dispatchers.

Officials said one person was transported to the hospital. The extent of their injuries is unknown.

I-81 ramps reopen

Crews cleaned up the scene and towed the tractor-trailer. Hazmat was called for a diesel fuel spill, according to dispatchers.

The Exit 85 ramp from Interstate 81 northbound to Route 934/Annville was shut down, as well as the entry ramp from Route 934.

All ramps and lanes have since reopened.
