It isn’t easy to visit the families of Qusra, in the northern West Bank, whose homes have been besieged by settlers since last week. Instead of chasing away the settlers, the IDF extracted up to 20 Palestinian families, then let some back, but not all. Those who returned found their homes trashed and designated a closed military zone, still under IDF control.
