LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A Baltimore man faces nearly a dozen charges after leading two different police chases Wednesday afternoon throughout Lebanon and Dauphin counties, Pennsylvania State Police say.
Michael Geisler, 21, “briefly” pulled over in his Infiniti G37 before driving away from a traffic stop at mile marker 72’s exit ramp on I-81 south in Dauphin County, state police said. He then led a short pursuit before getting away.

Then, Troopers said a second chase began after they found the same vehicle on State Route 22 east in Lebanon County about 45 minutes later. Geisler eventually lost control and crashed into the cable guide wires in the median on I-81 north by mile marker 91. He continued driving for about a mile before coming to a stop.
State police said they took him and a passenger, who was not identified, into custody without incident. Two bags of marijuana were found after the vehicle was searched.

Geisler faces a felony charge of felling or attempting to elude an officer and misdemeanor charges of recklessly endangering another person and possession of marijuana. He also faces summary charges of traffic violations.
He is currently in Lebanon County Prison with bail set at $75,000 after he was arraigned in front of Magisterial District Judge John Ditzler. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 3.
