* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Northwestern Lancaster County in south central

Pennsylvania…

Southeastern Lebanon County in south central Pennsylvania…

* WHEN…Until 1115 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Continued flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other

low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. This areal flood

warning replaces the earlier flash flood warning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…

– At 1006 PM EDT, Lingering flooding is ongoing in the warned area.

Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.

– Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the

warned area.

– Some locations that will experience flooding include…

Manheim, Cornwall, Brickerville, Schaefferstown, Quentin, Timber

Hills, Mount Gretna Heights, Kleinfeltersville, Lawn, Schoeneck,

Penryn and Mount Gretna.
