Tehran’s interim Friday prayer Imam Ahmad Khatami praised Iranian forces for targeting three vessels in the Strait of Hormuz following the Tehran-Washington memorandum of understanding, saying the ships had violated a designated route, Iran International reported.
“The fighter who targeted the violating ship and secured your safety deserves gratitude. The fighters saw that three ships had violated the route they were not supposed to take and targeted them; well done to them,” Khatami said during his sermon.
