Israel’s defense minister, Israel Katz, said that its forces had launched a “ground maneuver” in southern Lebanon, adding to fears that a broader invasion may be coming. More than 800,000 people in Lebanon have fled their homes. Israel also said it was launching more attacks across Iran on Monday.
