A Lebanon man has been charged with sexually assaulting a juvenile girl on two occasions.

Lebanon City Police claim Nicholas Revilla, 33, sexually assaulted the victim in 2024, when she was 14 years old. The initial alleged sexual assault occurred in Ephrata, Lancaster County in 2021 or 2022, when the victim was either 11 or 12.

The victim, now 15, reported the alleged sexual assault to authorities in November 2025, according to police.

In each case, Revilla allegedly told the victim he would get her in trouble with her mother if she did not comply with his demands, the victim told authorities.

Revilla is charged with rape of a child, aggravated indecent assault, statutory sexual assault, sexual assault, endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor, along with multiple counts of indecent assault.

He was arraigned on March 27, according to court records. He is being held in Lebanon County Prison after failing to post bail of $300,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 9.
